Assume that the 3 top rooms will not be ready. The venue fee will be adjusted accordingly.
 THURS  Saoirse and Co take cottage. Self catering.  from 4pm
   Flowers: Liz White. Leave them in the gun room.
   Birthday Cake delivered
 10 am  Make up: Carol Willis in the cottage to start. You may not have time for you all the have hair and make up done in the big house only.
 from 1pm  Saoirse and Co arrive to get ready in Half Acre 
 from 2pm  Residents Arrival
 Uncle can get a Guinness but otherwise nobody else gets a drink.

   Lunch on the hoof for the girls at cottage probably?
 ~2.15   Saoirse to move to the Gun Room ready for grand entrance. Needs Prosecco! Close Shutters.
 from 2.30  Guests Arrive. Buses: Guest arranging their own for arrival.
   Some ushers lined up to assist with parking if required. Need 2 disabled parking spots saved outside the front door.
   Some cars can be abandoned for pick up on Saturday morning. Try to get them to car/bus share because the usual grass overflow area will be soft...
   No drinks before the ceremony except Barry's uncle.
 3.00  Civil Ceremony in Vestibule.
   Ceremony Music: 4 mins song to start. Saoirse begins when it begins.
   5 bridesmaids and 3 groomsmen
   Music: 3 Singers under large portrait on stairs. Guitar at foot of stairs but not in way of possession.

 At least 40 chairs on top landing. 4 seats reserved on ground floor - disabled access. Some labelled.
 3.30 Reception. 
  Prosecco €25. Beers on house, but not spirits, until dinner.

  Seating in old Drawing Room, Dining Room and Vestibule - therefore avoiding front door draft. We'll have some tables set up in the front hall anyway but all your guests will have the option to be in the body of the house.
