Breakfast at Temple House in County Sligo is a delightful experience!

Temple House is set in such a tranquil environment so you should enjoy from a restful night’s sleep. The manor, with its authentic and unpretentious luxury, offers a grand, yet cozy and comfortable setting that makes you feel at ease.

All bright and breezy, wander down for a leisurely breakfast freshly prepared for you each morning. We offer a delicious breakfast as standard whether you book 1 room or the whole 10 rooms in the house.

You will dine at the enormous mahogany dining table with your partner or group. Sit overlooking the parkland with mature trees, a Knights Templar castle and lush grassland rolling down to the lake.

Start with Irish apple juice and smooth pure orange juice. Perhaps you prefer to ease yourself in to the day with fresh strong French press coffee or a pot of steaming hot tea.
From the buffet choose from our homemade granola, walled garden rhubarb compote, Greek style Irish yoghurt, a range of fruits and selection of traditional cereals. Homemade brown soda bread is a real favourite too.
Move on the main event – the full Irish breakfast. Free range eggs, thick Irish rashers, sweet grilled tomatoes, black & white pudding and sausages both from our local butcher. We cook to order so there is plenty of time for chat.
