You will be held in a nurturing flow of experiences designed to awaken, restore, and realign your energy, including:

There will also be space to simply be, rest, reflect, and integrate, allowing the weekend to unfold organically and intuitively. This retreat follows a similar style to previous gatherings — last year included yoga, breathwork, optional morning dips, deeply relaxing sound baths, forest bathing, chanting, a magical floating meditation on the lake, chakra dance, and a three-course candlelit dinner followed by a fireside evening connecting with the ancestors.
