Whether you prefer a church ceremony, civil registration, humanist blessing, spiritual ritual, or Celtic handfasting, Temple House can host your dream celebration. You may also choose to complete the legal formalities elsewhere and have a symbolic blessing here.
Church Ceremonies

- Ballymote Church (RC): Charming stone-cut chapel.
- Cathedral in Sligo (RC): Ideal for larger weddings.
- Killoran Church, Rathbaron (C of I): Favourite Church of Ireland option.
- Dioceses: RC Diocese of Achonry, Anglican Diocese of Tuam, Killala and Achonry.

- Must take place Monday–Friday.

Ceremony Notes
- We welcome religious, civil, humanist, spiritual, and Celtic ceremonies.
- Civil ceremonies: Mon–Fri. Paperwork handled via the HSE or your chosen celebrant.
- Humanist Marriages & Vow Renewals can take place on Saturdays. Personalised ceremonies celebrating your love with readings, music, and meaningful words.
- Spiritual & Interfaith Ceremonies are legal ceremonies too.
- Spaces can accommodate small, intimate groups or larger gatherings.
- Many couples complete legalities elsewhere, enjoying a symbolic blessing at Temple House.
- Ballymote Chapel, Sligo Cathedral, and Killoran Church are just minutes away.
- We’re happy to recommend experienced celebrants to guide your ceremony.
